Diet is necessary to cleanse the body of toxins, reduce body weight, which helps to quickly achieve positive results in the treatment of chronic pain.

Diet № 1

Recipe for 5 gallons of water





Ingredients:


6 pieces of onion , 4 tomatoes, 1 small cabbage, 2 green peppers, celery.
Cut the vegetables, put in boiling water, add salt and pepper .Prepares no more than 10 minutes
This soup can be eaten in any quantity, and whenever you feel hungry
It is not necessary to eat only soup.







1 day : You can eat only soup and any fruit except bananas. It is better to drink a lot of tea , water .No milk.
2 day: It is possible to eat all vegetables , baked potatoes with butter. No fruits ,corn , peas.
3 day : All fruits , vegetables , soup .No potatoes .
4 day : soup ,3 bananas and other fruits .You can drink a milk .
5  day : 300-350 gr of beef ,tomatoes , soup .
6 day : soup , beef , vegetables .No potatoes .
7 day : soup , rice ,vegetables .





Contraindications : bread , oil , sugar ,Pepsi and Coca-Cola , alcohol.

Diet № 2 / protein diet /

This diet is a miracle of Japanese nutritionists .  It is the best for fast weight loss diet .


Contraindicated  : salt ,sugar ,alcohol ,sweets ,Pepsi and Coca Cola.


You have to drink a lot of water and strictly follow the diet   to become a normal metabolism

1 day  : breakfast – black coffee or tea.                                                                                      
              lunch  –   2 eggs , boiled cabbage , with oil ,1 glass of  tomato juice .                         
              supper  -  boiled or fry fish                                                                                         
2 day :  black coffee and 1 cracker                                                                                              
              boiled or fry fish , salad with fresh cabbage and vegetable oil
              200 g boiled beef  , 1 glass of yogurt 0 %/kefir/

5 day :  fresh carrots with lemon juice 13 day : as 1 day
             large  fry or boiled fish , 1 glass  of tomato juice
             fruits
6 day : black coffee
            0,5 of chicken , fresh cabbage and carrots
            2 eggs  , fresh carrots with oil
7 day : tea
             200 g of boiled beef  , fruits
            Any   supper  ,  except  3 day
8 day : black coffee
            0,5 boiled chicken , fresh cabbage or carrots
            2 eggs , fresh carrots with oil
9 day : fresh carrots with  lemon juice
            large fry or boiled fish , 1 glass tomato juice
            fruits



10 day : as 4 day



11 day: as 3 day



12 day : as 2 day



13 day : as 1 day
